I’m on episode 7 of Brooklyn Nine Nine, and already 3 people from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia have been on here. two of them not even being THAT different than they are on Sunny. The one who plays Uncle Jack is on this one, AS A LAWYER!!! Like come on lol. @Butters

But also Artemis was on here, and I felt as if I could’ve been watching IASIP with how she was.

The waitress was definitely different though and nothing at all like her character on IASIP.

I gave Sunny a chance but I dropped it after 3 or 4 seasons, I thought the characters were very unlikeable

I've never really watched a lot just episodes here or there with friends but I always thought that was the point, how terrible of people they are

Yeah, that’s for sure the point. You’re not supposed to like them. They are terrible people, very terrible.

i can see how that can be exausting for some

there's an episode later that's a crossover with New Girl

but yeah as far as always sunny goes, it's like the joker. if they are someone you are agreeing with or idolizing then you most likely missed the point. they are for sure bad people

that's why they can do such bad things because they make it pretty clear normal people would never do such things.

like nobody cared for the longest time they had episodes where they made lethal weapon sequels and one of the white guys wore blackface to play Danny Glover's part. They said specifically how messed up and wrong it was even in the episode

I need to have at least one character that i am rooting for in a show
