It's not so much about being spoiled it's about comprehending what's happening but with the MCU at least most movies are fine standalone

like I care more about spoilers, because I can piece together things as we go along, even if at first it doesn’t make much sense to me, it will later on. Like something being spoiled is more my concern than anything else.
