This handheld already froze up on me

was downloading Resident Evil 2 on the xbox app and went to play it and i got an infinite load loop

now it wont let me boot the game or uninstall it and i've rebooted the thing like 4 times

when it WAS playing on the handheld it played pretty smooth and looked good. I hooked it up to my tv and it only played like 13fps.

I read that it tries to play the game at the tv scale which is 4k when you should really switch it to 1080p cuz it can't handle 4k and it SHOULD work fine but I don't know cuz i can't play it anymore
