There's also like a random event/side mission thing there. If you generate the first random event I think the next one start appearing as stranger markers

It's a vampire, if you complete them you get a cool dagger

You have to trigger it by finding the first victim or something at night, I never did it myself playing

There's also that serial killer map thing where you can find his hideout and kill him and all the treasure hunts that if you aren't intentionally trying to do or use guides you'll never notice are things in the game lol it's wild

I remember doing treasure hunts really early my second play and just having crazy amount of money in chapter 2 that I never ran out of lol

One of the things I also liked when I was playing slow was if you did a bounty and you went back to the town jail later they'd talk shit to you in a cell and then if you went back again you could see them getting hanged
