this is like some company that owns a lot of apartmemrs I actually think its more incompetence here but it's annoying still

Mine got bought out by some company two years ago too but all the management stayed the same, I was worried but so far no issues

one of my old bosses used to be a property manager for a long ass time so she said if i ever had questions or needed help with a landlord to let herknow.

she claims to know all the loopholes and shit

I will say they do less events where they give out free food now that's my one complaint

Only trouble I've ever had was having a cat in a place where they weren't allowed but the property manager lady just told me to go to the doctor and tell them i was depressed and i could get a doctor's note and then couldn't do antyhing.

That's what I did in college but they never caught him anyway
