yeah, at least hulu you can go in there and click "manage series" or something like that and delete play history if its something you didn't like

disney+ doesn't forget. I watched some marvel assembled thing thats like 5 min episodes about characters and it always shows up. anytime a new marvel movie is about out they add new episodes about the upcoming characters.
