my only guess is his claim is he didn't know they were a minor because I don't think minors are allowed on twitch.

he said sometimes the conversation leaned towards the inappropriate side but they never met up and never did anything illegal. I think just messaging a minor sexually is illegal.

according to the Twitch TOS "The Twitch Services are not available to persons under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you may only use the Twitch Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service"

No I saw the statement I'm pretty sure he said he knew they were a minor
