I think my new litmus for wrestling fans to find out if I want to talk to you about wrestling will be using the terms PLE and PPV around them at separate times to see if either causes a meltdown for one reason or another

My stand is simple... let people call it what they wanna call it. We all know what is meant, regardless of what abbreviation someone uses. Anything more is just part of the toxic tribalism train.

I don't mind using the branding WWE or any company wants for their shows, I was even calling the TNA specials PLEs before they did bc I needed some way to differentiate their actual PPVs which still exist without typing streaming special every time

I try to call it what the company calls it. AEW does Pay Per Views so it's a PPV. WWE calls it Premium Live Event so that's what I call them. Both are correct in what it is.

Got to say after watching a few Bray matches in a row I kind of like a wrestler with a consistent moveset. You know what you're getting
