its annoying eh, ugh. that damn pandemic fucked up society a lot more than pp lrealize imo

Something I've realized is that the Pandemic has really revealed a lot of deep-seated paranoia in tens of thousands of people, which allowed them to fall victim to schemes and conspiracies because of a lack of stability in their lives.

It's weird because it feels like The Boys sabotages its own messages when all the horrible people never get any comeuppance or anything actually changes in their lives for the worse it feels like.

I don't think you could argue it doesn't - the whole theme of the show is power corrupts, unchecked power bad and capitalism bad
