I've said it a billion times on here, but I've been watching through 80s all japan and am now in 1991. Stan is fucking amazing man

That Carlos Colon match I just watched was kinda shit tho

1991 All Japan is so fucking good. I've also spent about 2 years in hell watching literally the same six man match between a mix of Riki Choshu, Tenryu, Tsuruta, Yoshiaki Yatsu, Masanobu Fuchi and others

Been about 2 years to get from 1984 till now

But it was such a nice slow burn. Tenryu fucked off and is doing his thing in SWS. Tiger Mask II has finally unmasked, Mitsuharu Misawa, and is the prince that was promised. Tsuruta and Hansen are the top dogs while Misawa, Kobashi, and Kawada all team up as the young gun group primed to take over

Nah Tenryu is lit, but you could just tell he did not give a fuck about All Japan in the latter parts of his run there

Him leaving caused a mass exodus of absolute stinkers in AJPW. Kabuki, Yatsu, Ashura Hara, Takashi Ishikawa, Isao Takagi, Goro Tsurumi
