My best real world mod feuds are always old guys that aren't being re-signed putting over a young guy lol

I remember when I first started playing TEW 05, I think I had a 95 mod that I tried running WWF with. At that point, I legitimately had no clue who some of the people on that roster were

back when I was efedding, I was gonna have authority figure HBK give my guy a pep talk so I googled who was in the 95 Rumble that he won at #1 for names to make it sound impressive and I only used like 2

I had an old WWF magazine anytime from 03-06 that looked at the weirdest gimmicks in history and like 99% were from that time period

Sometimes I start my own company in 92 and sign guys from all over, old and young, to kinda cheat the system lol

Yeah that's the struggle with any old TEW save is not being greedy and using hindsight to assemble a completely OP roster

It doesn't really bother me if there's still a sense of realism to it at least

Like you can sign up Bubba and Devon before the Dudley's gimmick ever existed but if you team them and name them that without an of the context of the stable that started the lore then fuck off lol you gotta get to that team up some other way

Sometimes I'll take over AI companies just to sign some of the young high potential free agents so that it makes more sense when I hire them down the line
