I'm on the fence, I think a mix of both is good. Young guys signing longer, old guys on short deal. I think it's healthy for the workers tbh

If the older guys are the short deals, then I have no problem too much, but if it is the younger guys than it bugs me.

That one is a coin flip I'd say, Britt factor still strong. But also would have had an actual direction presented to him.
