I know people are starting to turn on her in the IWC as well (which is when you know you've made it big lol) because her in ring sometimes lack, but god damn I wish those same people would wake up and realize that without Britt Baker the division was dying a slow death. She can carry the division with her mic skills and personality , and you're seeing it right now what happens when they divert. Thunder Rosa is a wonderful talent and a great fighting champion (if she was booked that way, looks like they finally gonna go that route) but we all saw first hand she cant carry a feud promo wise. People also like to say "she should be better after all this time in the ring" which...I disagree with myself. She was green as fuck 2 years ago, regardless if she wrestled part time on the indies and was trained, it takes like almost 10 years of in ring no stop to become a true vet unless you're a fucking phenom, so I really don't get why people expect her to be Joshi tier when the girls in Japan train from like 14 years old and super intensely.

I look at Britt and I look at Jade and say “they’re the stars” of that division. Booking can be very inconsistent but she’s improved so much from when I first start watching her during the pandemic. The sky is the limit.

Like you said, there’s good wrestlers in that division. Athena is great. I don’t think we’ve seen the best from Toni yet. Serena is probably the best female wrestler in the company. But Britt and Jade are the ones you build this division around imo

think of it this way, the tournament was more to introduce her as a real player and Britt had to cheat to win. Jeffstradum says , after this week, she's going to end up getting a 1 v 1 vs Britt and she's going to go over clean over Britt on her way to getting #1 contender. you heard it here first!

I hope so. I’m glad she didn’t lose clean and as I said quickly either. Basically the “keep strong” was turned on for her. When watching back what I missed Wednesday and I saw the title tease I was really exited.
