I don't hate Danhausen at all. If anything I'd say I could take or leave him. I've enjoyed some of his bits in the past but I also thought the way they debuted him on TV and that promo that Jeff shared were just weak and do nothing in my mind to create any real interest in the guy. It feels very low effort overall the way they've rolled him out. Hopefully this explanation will suffice, as I didn't think I needed to have a dissertation ready to explain an offhanded joke.

fwiw I only said he wasn't your jam by the statement made. also, this is just part of their youtube stuff where they talk about random backstage stuff so I'm not sure what you expected really other then "hey this Danhausen, he's really weird" which to me , yeah, that was effective , made me smile and chuckle, and that's it.
