Gatoh Move Pro Wrestling (Japanese: プロレスリング我闘雲舞ガトームーブ, Hepburn: Puroresuringu Gatōmūbu) literally translated as 'I Fight Cloud Dance', often referred to simply as Gatoh Move is a Japanese Joshi puroresu (women's professional wrestling) promotion established in 2012, by Emi Sakura.[1] The promotion is most known for hosting shows in Tokyo at Ichigaya Chocolate Square, where there is no wrestling ring, only a small performing space in a shape of a square instead.

History
While being in Thailand, Emi Sakura met Prachapoom “Pumi” Boonyatud, a long-time wrestling fan. By meeting Boonyatud, Sakura learned that there are many fans of professional wrestling in Thailand, which led to the two create Gatoh Move in February 2012.[1] Originally, the promotion was named Bangkok Girls Pro Wrestling (BBK Pro), but was re-branded as Gatoh Move on May.[1] In November 2019, Gatoh Move held it final show in Thailand, while still remaining active in Japan.[1]

On September 22, 2017, Gatoh Move crowned their first Super Asia Champion, when Riho defeated "Kotori" in the finals of a tournament to become the inaugural champion.[3][4] The championship was vacated on June 4, 2019, and remained vacant until 2021.[1] On March 24, 2016, Gatoh Move crowned their first Asia Dream Tag Team Champions, Mizuki and Saki.[1] There have been nine champions, with Best Bros (Baliyan Akki and Mei Suruga) being the current titleholders.[5] The inaugural Super Asia Champion left Gatoh Move on July 2019.[6]

On February 2021, Emi Sakura and Mei Suruga competed at the AEW Women's World Championship Eliminator Tournament for All Elite Wrestling (AEW), however, neither managed to win the tournament.[7][8]

The Super Asia Championship was revived on the 99th episode of Chocopro on March 22, 2021 where a singles match between Minoru Fujita and Baliyan Akki was announced for the day 2 of the 100th Anniversary of Chocopro on March 28[9] where Fujita defeated Akki to win the title.

The Assassin Strikes! ChocoPro 141: Having pinned the Champ during the Tag League, the enigmatic assassin known as Hagane Shinno earned a title shot! While he might not have desired it (even if his energetic partner wished it so), Minoru Fujita wouldn't let such a sleight slide, and offered the match himself! Tonight's Episode is a Single Match Show: Hagane Shinno challenges the Principal, Minoru Fujita, for his Super Asia Championship! Can the Cold Killer bring down our Bloody Champion? Join us for the fun, Live & Free on YouTube! The show begins at 9 pm EDT / 6 pm PT (Saturday at 2 am BST, 10 AM JST)! Don't forget to adjust your volume, Wrestling is Loud! If you're new to ChocoPro, this would be a perfect time to dive in...as always! (Expect this intense bout to make the most of its 60 minute time limit.)

Did you know Hagane Shinno innovated the Ranhei (his intense finisher)? Kofi Kingston uses it as the “S.O.S.” in WWE!

Change the stage, break out of your comfort zone! (This is not your regular wrestling show.) You will be able to watch it here, LIVE and free, on the Gatoh Move ChocoPro YouTube channel...which also has the previous 100+ episodes! New to the promotion? It features a roster of skilled veterans, rising stars, and wonderful guests fighting in the ChocoPro Arena: Ichigaya Chocolate Square. Subscribe for more content than just the live matches! (AEW Watch Alongs, Discussions, Interviews, Food Challenges, etc) Here is today's example gif: Only one sure way to bring the giant down

SUPER ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP

(Challenger) “Cold Killer” Hagane Shinno

VS

(Champion) “The Principal” Minoru Fujita

Winter is cold and unforgiving. Hagane Shinno represents that freezing season with more than just his icy demeanor! How can all of his matches be so unique? Like the flakes of snow that fall during said season, every match of ChocoPro's resident Assassin are one of a kind. This absolutely brutal striker has been nearly invincible in the series so far, having never been bested in singles combat! His solemn ferocity makes him an instant favorite among new fans...(with Hagane surprising most with his exceptional technical skill and explosive fighting style) while his Byronic nature pairs well with his otherworldly beauty (canonically, thanks Emi!) leading to one of the most mysterious wrestlers available on the roster. This eccentric perfectionist has come out of his shell quite a bit since he paired with Chie Koishikawa in EGG TART, the cheery energy machine having even drawn a smile out of him! Hagane has had a long career, one that has been guided by his own stubborn & unflinching decisions. Every action is decisive. Every decision is final. The cold logic that he operates under might be something he regrets occasionally (wishing he could take his senior's life advise, for one) but it also has kept the Cold Killer truly special. So many mysteries still surround Hagane Shinno, even this far into his career...and this far into ChocoPro! He has promised to shed more light on to some of this shadowed stories, assuming he defeats the Champion. Will we finally get more pieces to this mysterious puzzle? Watch out for that Ranhei, Fujita!

The Principal, Minoru Fujita, has lived a hard life. Deathmatches, divorce, championships...this veteran of the wrestling scene (Twenty Four years!) has seen it all. While his accolades are numerous (recently fought in the new FMW-E alongside Onita, has held titles in DDT, BJW, NOAH, Freedoms, Zero1, and more!), on this occasion he will be defending his current prized possession: the big blue belt, the Super Asia Championship! Hagane Shinno earned this shot when EGG TART defeated Mi Sayaka in the One of a Kind Tag League, with Hagane Shinno having pinned the Champ. But just because he earned a shot, doesn't mean this will be easy...even for someone like Hagane. Minoru Fujita is a monster in the ring (and the square!). Having bested the Ace of ChocoPro to become the new champ, this stellar performer might be a living legend but battle for him is the fountain of youth! While he is most known for his Tag Team skills (which helped inspire the Motor City Machine Guns, mind you), Fujita is a terror to face alone. Why? It takes a hell of a lot to bring down this endlessly endurant badass! With the voice of an angel and the fury of a demon, Fujita has an arsenal of devastating techniques and a killer instinct that matches Hagane's! Can “Our Bloody Champion” (an epithet Fujita earned after returning to ChocoPro with the BJW Deathmatch Heavyweight Championship!) give the Cold Killer his first pinfall or submission in Ichigaya? Will his legendary endurance withstand this new test?

Who will leave Ichigaya as Champ?

Come and see the wild creativity that produced Two of the Four AEW Women's Champions! (Both of which have appeared on ChocoPro!) You'll be wondering if you're seeing future champs, as well. ChocoPro is the Frontier of Pro Wrestling! Match after match of hard hitting, chaotic, fun bouts with a friendly online audience.

We're quickly growing, and you're welcome to come along! ChocoPro has featured stars such as Chris Brookes, Ryo Mizunami (Get well soon, Aniki!), Yukio Sakaguchi, ASUKA (VENY), SAKI, Rina Yamashita, MUSASHI, Hikaru Shida, Mizuki, Minoru Suzuki, Hikaru Sato, Sakisama, Fuminori Abe, Aja Kong, Masato Tanaka, Kaori Yoneyama, Makoto, TAMURA, Tsubasa Kuragaki, Toru Owashi, Hanako Nakamori, PSYCHO, Riho, CHANGO and Yuu!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on here or on Twitter, where I'm always willing to talk about wrestling! (and accept pet pictures) Also, for a better take on the events check out this Super Asia preview by Last Word on Pro Wrestling! ChocoPro is Cold (and Killer!)

ChocoPro 150: Unwind after Summer's End! It isn't quite time to go ALL OUT, but if you're not too smacked down by this week (or need something to compliment your rampaging) why not give something new a try? Tonight's episode features a singles match and a tag match, so this should be great sample of what ChocoPro is all about. Chaos and Excitement! ChocoPro 150 features “Beautiful Cosplayer” Sayaka taking on “the Drunken Brawler” Masa Takanashi, while in the Main Event the Best Bros (Mei Suruga & Baliyan Akki) battle the very loud pairing of “Tropical” Yunamon & “Too Much Energy” Chie Koishikawa! It airs at 9 pm EDT / 6 pm PT (Saturday at 2 am BST, 10 AM JST) Live and Free on YouTube!
Don't forget to Adjust Your Volume, Wrestling is Loud!
Join us on the cutting edge! (This is not your regular wrestling show.) You will be able to watch it here, LIVE and free, on the Gatoh Move ChocoPro YouTube channel...which also has the previous 150+ episodes! New to the promotion? It features a roster of skilled veterans, rising stars, and wonderful guests fighting in the ChocoPro Arena: Ichigaya Chocolate Square. Subscribe for more content than just the live matches! (AEW Watch Alongs, Discussions, Interviews, Food Challenges, etc) Even if you can't catch it live, don't sweat it! It will still be available on the channel.**
Here is today's example gif: The Good, the Bad, and the Goblin!
Sayaka's Singles: Masa Mischief!
Sayaka VS Masa Takanashi
The Beautiful Cosplayer, Sayaka has been proving herself against intimidating opponents... including the alluring (and ruthless) Makoto! While she might not have been able to bring down Chie (yet), she is definitely working to improve. Sayaka's incredible striking power is her biggest strength (among many great qualities), considering those forearms sound like gunshots. Her technical ability is growing as well, with our resident gamer & model starting to dabble in complicated submissions and tricky pins. Sayaka also has an edge that many of the Fourth Generation lack: she is able to enter the same unflinching emotional state that PSYCHO and Hagane Shinno can! Only Sayaka's is even more frightening, given she simply stays cheery no matter the danger level of the bout she is in. (“I'm gonna kill you! Yayyyyy!”) That unattached joy might eventually be the stuff of legends! Don't forget, Sayaka hangs out around Minoru Suzuki and lives to tell the tale! This photogenic phenom is on the rise, keep an eye on her!
The Drunken Brawler, Masa Takanashi, has been working his ass off lately! The other half of Calamari Drunken Kings finally returned to active status in Ichigaya on the “I Only Live Twice” Special! (Another highly advised viewing experience) DDT's workhorse, Masa had been sidelined with injury for most of the duration of the ChocoPro series. This skilled brawler with a fascinating unique wrestling technique that includes fighting game style fancy footwork (and a deep appetite for alcohol!) is one of the most exciting combatants to watch! Masa is the main pillar (and President) of Gatoh Move, the person that has always been there to support Emi Sakura even when times are tough! Now he is in charge while Emi is away...and it seems that he has tasked himself with personally assessing the progress of the Fourth Generation. As it was with Chie & Otoki, this bout is going to be a challenging task for Sayaka due to Masa's unpredictable way of moving and fluid counters. But how will he handle that striking ability? Hopefully the Rookie brings with her a game plan that will catch him off guard, which is easier said than done!
A Loud Echo! Can the Best Bros win again?
Best Bros (Mei Suruga & Baliyan Akki)
VS
Yunamon & Chie Koishikawa
Right there! The Best Bros return to action! Baliyan Akki, the Zephyr of Ichigaya and Ace of the Promotion, is as talented as they come. With breezy strike combos, effortless high flying, flowing submissions, and a mane of wild hair, Akki makes a great first impression on every new viewer. You'll wonder how he hasn't been snatched up by a bigger promotion with the rest of us! Though to be fair, Akki has started getting out there again...showing the Japanese Independent scene why he is the Winds of Change! What heights will this technical master reach? There is no ceiling in sight! His partner, “Big Apple” Mei Suruga, loves her tag belts almost as much as she loves snacks! (Though she has made her own lore even more complicated now with the addition of Watermelon-chan) A trick pin specialist, submission expert, and all around goblin, Mei seems to have skill and experience well beyond the years she has spent in pro-wrestling so far. She believes herself to be both the cutest and cockiest wrestler in the world! Despite all this, the Best Bros found themselves eliminated at the same time during the Summer Vacation Battle Royale. Can they get their coordination back on point enough to claim victory over a pair of frequent foes?
Once again we get the Power & Agility combination of Tropical Fairy Yunamon and “Too Much Energy” Chie! This rare pairing is two of the best and brightest (not to mention loudest) fighters on the roster! Yunamon is the next in line to challenge Minoru Fujita for the Super Asia Championship. She brings a flashy move set of powerful blows (including a killer lariat) and a presence & charisma combination that few can match! This Sing-Song Powerhouse is seriously an absolute blast to watch. I can't wait to see her ripping it up with the Best Bros again, since Yunamon is one of their constant adversaries. Meanwhile, vibrating somewhere nearby, Chie cannot be contained! This vibrant & cheerful striker (watch for those backhanded knuckle chops!) will have you confused and amazed in short order. How does she have so much energy? Why is she so unique at everything she does? Chie is one of the biggest characters in a roster of great characters. While they gave the Best Bros a run for their money last time, they'll need some high energy running to actually bring them down!
Can Sayaka continue to prove how she has grown? Will Yuna & Chie be able to overcome the Best Bros this time? Has Ichigaya survived the Flood from the previous episode?
Come and see the wild creativity that produced Two of the Four AEW Women's Champions! (Both of which have appeared on ChocoPro!) You'll be wondering if you're seeing future champs, as well. ChocoPro is the Frontier of Pro Wrestling! Match after match of hard hitting, chaotic, fun bouts with a friendly online audience.
We're quickly growing, and you're welcome to come along! ChocoPro has featured stars such as ASUKA (VENY), Chris Brookes, Ryo Mizunami, Hagane Shinno, Cherry, Yukio Sakaguchi, SAKI, Rina Yamashita, MUSASHI, Hikaru Shida, Chon Shiryu, Mizuki, Minoru Suzuki, Makoto, Hikaru Sato, Sakisama, Fuminori Abe, Aja Kong, Masato Tanaka, Kaori Yoneyama, TAMURA, AKARI, Tsubasa Kuragaki, Toru Owashi, Hanako Nakamori, PSYCHO, Riho, CHANGO, Emi Sakura and Yuu!

Here is today's example gif: Birthday Beatings!
Masa Takanashi VS Chon Shiryu
Annual Battle! Drunk vs Dragon!
Finally, they get to go beyond an exhibition match! Drunken Brawler, Masa Takanashi, takes on the Kung Fu Specialist, Chon Shiryu every year for Gatoh Move. Unfortunately the combination of the Pandemic and Masa's injury postponed this annual bout. However, now that Masa has fully returned to action, the match can finally happen! While appearing in front of the online audience might be a bit different than what they are used to for this traditional match, the battle should be just as intense. Two of the Pillars of Gatoh Move collide! Masa is a swaying, smooth as butter Counter Style brawler. He'll damage your limbs, your nose, and probably your ego! While his movements might seem drunken, this technician tends to make his foes feel like they're the ones that are hung over. Chon Shiryu on the other hand is called the Dragon with good reason. His lighter-than-air movements and brutal alternative strikes are a positively flashy affair. Chon tends to make every match look like a fight scene from a Jackie Chan movie (his idol!) with his expertise in motion and punishment. Who will come out the victor this year?
Mei Suruga, Chie, & Otoki
VS
Anton, Hagane Shinno, & Akki
Team Shuffle: The Essence of Gatoh Move!
Gatoh Move is famous for the fact that any match can happen! What potential match ups and twists does GTMV bring about? Kenny Omega fighting Kaori Yoneyama? Check! A Kappa entering itself into a Battle Royale? Check! The Tag Teams of ChocoPro being split up for a special mixed wrestling match? Let's check this one off, too: White Comaneci (Otoki & Anton), Best Bros (Mei & Akki), and EGG TART (Chie & Hagane) are split up and rearranged in a fun Trios match! How will the suddenly formed teams get along? While the Joshi team of Mei, Otoki, and Chie have a lot of vicious rage and goblin energy on their side, the Puro team of Anton, Hagane, and Akki have the veteran experience and technical advantage! Can the Apple Girl, Super Rookie, and Frantic Fencer work together well enough to bring down the Storyteller, Cold Killer, and the Ace all at once? There are so many combustible elements in this match! Expect a lot of madcap action and probably a lot of comedy, given that Anton is in it! This will be one for the ages.
Yuna Mizumori VS Makoto
The Beautiful War!
Papaya! Mango! Coconut! Tropical.....YAHHO! “Tropical Fairy” Yunamon finally gets another singles match! Due to her Idol schedule and her appearances for other promotions including Ganbare Joshi & Actwres Girlz, Yuna hasn't been as active in ChocoPro as she was in the earlier seasons. While she has gotten plenty of tag battles, it has been over 30 episodes since the Sing Song Lariat Machine got a solo bout! Makoto is definitely a challenge worthy of one of the “Top Three” (according to Akki) of ChocoPro. Yunamon brings a vibrant charisma and a ridiculous mix of speed and power that will get you on your feet! There is something indescribable about her matches, the way she yells with passion, the way she calls out her Tropical Moves, the way she makes such grand entrances! One of the biggest assets of Yuna Mizumori is her nearly limitless supply of endurance. This stamina monster will keep going and going well beyond the normal level, pushing her limits far beyond imagining! This fight will be a good test of her survival skills, considering the overwhelming presence of her foe...Yuna might need to unleash that devastating Spinning Back Kick for this one!
”Oriental Doll”, Makoto, returns for the second time this season! This imposing, elegant, and intense member of Las Fresa de Egoistas (the other key frequent being ASUKA / VENY) has come back to assert her beautiful dominance once again! The graceful fighter is well acquainted with Ichigaya and Gatoh Move as a whole, being one of Emi's (and Tajiri's) veteran students! This adaptable freelancer makes her own way in the world, appearing in many promotions across the Joshi scene. Makoto brings with her the legacy of Emi Sakura, though the Oni's aspect comes out in different ways you should be able to understand rather quickly...Makoto is deceptively strong and unmercifully cruel when she needs to be, not being afraid to bend the rules in her favor. Her alluring demeanor and poise might fool you for a moment, as will that innocent (though intense and confident) smirk. While she possesses an impressive toolkit befitting the eternal rival of Riho, watch out for her scary striking ability. Can Yunamon bring down one of the most powerful students of the Oni? Can the strength of the Beauty As Is mantra help her bring down her beautiful adversary? Has the Pineapple Girl grown to the point she can pin one of the upper echelon? Let's find out together!
Congratulations on Nine Years, Gatoh Move!
”Where is Emi Sakura?”
She's back in America for AEW! While the Oni is away, the goblins will play. The Queen has been busy across the ocean!
