No offense but I must give this a 3/10...

Reason/Suggestions/My Point Of View

The normal size of a banner is always less then 400 x 200.The pics you chose dont look good and they are not blended in nicely with the background.Also,the background doesn't look good and green just dont go well with Kennedy.I would rather add a blue background.Then comes the text ; it all looks great but I just cant feel the texture in it...remove that and it'll look great!

as for the border,it goes fine for me!

i dont like the text you used, the star icon you filling the banner with and the size of the banner.

But i see you have improved compared to last time post.

Wtf is wrong with you? Im fairly certain a banner can be any size, as long as it fits nicely under your posts...

Sorry many, but the sig itself looks pretty bad.

Some things Id change:

-The background. The bg looks really plain, and simple. The use of green and yellow doesnt help what looks like a pattern of stars?
-The PSDs. The "blending" of the PSDs is horrible. Sure enough, you didnt blend the right one at all, but how transparent the left one looks is terrible. Def. look into some of the different blending modes in photoshop, they are great fun.

The text and bg is fine, i spose. Prolly could use a change, but Id look into those things ^^^ first.

Thanks. This one was very rushed and I used software I'm unfamiliar with. I used photoshop which is undoubtedly the best one but i've not really used it in great depth.

Very basic. I've had a bit of a play with photoshop and i'm gonna make another one in a little while.

Thanks for the suggestions and all that. Desperately needed pointers on using photoshop to it's capabilities.

Nah not really. Dont just rush through a sig to see if you're getting the hang of it. Get onto the net (and on here, GFX Requests section) and look up tutorials for Photoshop. Go through a tonne of them, practicing each one, and then take your time on some siggys. Dont spend 20minutes on one for a while, take your time, and get used to all the cool tools, blending modes, brushes etc. Once you get the idea for what does what, and where everything is, maybe challenge yourself by putting someting together quickly. for now though, your best chance is to practice, and take your sweet time.
