The state or New York I'm guessing? Either he didn't properly do his research on what was allowed or they told him day of stuff he'd already gotten approved wasn't. Can see it going either way, Nick Wayne showing up and being told he couldn't wrestle is a joke, but feels like something he should have known ahead of time lol

Possibly cable providers giving him the hard out at 3 hours too but again that's always been a thing so I assume poor planning there as well unless it's the off chance that he was told he could go over and they then walked it back, doubtful tho. He just didn't want a Halloween Havoc for all 5 people that ordered on cable instead of Fite if I had to guess

I'd say the timing issue was way more of a factor than any of the strict NY stuff for me and that's what I can't see being anything other than his fault bc it's always a thing lol that ROH PPV where Bandido beat Rush last year ended fairly suddenly right after he won for the same reason, just a limitation you have to be aware of if you're on cable. Depends on how much they made if it's worth it, if they made hella money then just manage time better lol if not then stick with streaming
