we're on the same page dude, in a perfect world everyone would just fight at their natural weights or within like 5lbs , it's so fucking horrible for your organs and someone will eventually die

I swear every UFC show has someone winning a fight and in the post-match comments they talk about how much better they feel fighting at a more natural weight so at least it seems to be trending slowly in the right direction
