It's a thing he's doing on Saturday Morning Slam (the kids show WWE does that doesn't really have an impact on the main shows other than titles changing hands). He calls himself The Dazzler and says he is the most handsome man in the WWE or something, so he water combs his hair back and does a little Clark Kent twirl.

It's basically for kids only and it's just the wrestlers goofing about and having fun, mixed with some history lessons about pro wrestling thrown in. I found some sort of back to school segment with Cesaro were he taught children to say "hello teacher" in five languages for example.

Just checked the list of revealed wrestlers for the movie. Bryan is not on it. But one could assume he will show up somehow.

I still stand by my theory that Kevin Nash is the ghost bear out to ruin Wrestlemania (yes, that is the premise, a ghost bear out to ruin mania).
