Okay, so Freewebs.com, and webs.com are both acting Blue, and I am hoping that they are not closing. Hopefully they are both redoing their website but I cannot access anything from either website. I am looking for a new hosting website that allows me to do a DIY HTML page design... I have found tons of free hosting sites, but everything is new drag and drop or choose an already made template type of bullshit. Anyone have any ideas?
