I have no idea what this game is but looks interesting...

Comedy and being offensive game. Everyone is shown the prompt (black) card, and has to pick a response (white) card from their hand to go in the gap. One person doesn't play in each rooms round, and they pick the funniest/most offensive/their favourite and it gets a point.

Yeah I think so but with points. Haven't seen enough mad libs to make a comparison really. The fun part is that it's totally subjective, the Czar (whoever isn't playing cards that round) can pick whatever they like to win.
