I know he mostly speaks of wwe but due to the fact he was just left tna and TNA was his former employer I am putting this in here Former WWE Superstar and TNA wrestler Matt Hardy recently spoke with Phil Strum of the Poughkeepsie Journal regarding the status of his health following a stint inside a WWE-sponsored rehab facility.
"I’m at a really good place in life right now. The things I went through in life were life-changing and changed the way I think. I want to appreciate every day in life."
Hardy continued, commenting on the WWE Wellness Policy. "There is a huge positive side to what WWE does with the Wellness Policy. The only thing I can really be critical of WWE about, looking at it right now, is that they have to remember that the people who work there aren’t machines. Wrestling isn’t easy. It’s like a car crash."
Hardy concluded, "I wish they would give guys a few weeks off. I think guys need to take mandatory time off. I know it’s tough when they need to promote the key names, but they need to keep guys healthy. It would help them not to burn out and from tempting them to make mistakes."

Seems like the rehab and the threat of jail is working for him. He still has a lot of things to sort out and I doubt that he will say a bad word until the threat of jail is over. The WWE rehab program is one of the best things that company has done and I like how it is available to any former employee, even if they work for the competition.

WWE likes to keep everybody safe it seems. And I'm glad they did this for him. He's talented, would be shame to see him go out like he did.
