Former TNA Knockout Says She Wants To Be The Female Rey Mysterio

Trinidad talks to the “Next” hosts about her wrestling idol, before starting a career in the ring. She said, "Rey Mysterio was my inspiration when it came to that. He was someone that I looked at... He's so small, but he can do so much... I want to be the female Rey Mysterio. Whether it’s with a mask or not, I want to be him."

It's Rosita formerly of TNA. I honestly wouldn't be against a female masked wrestler and think it would be a cool change up to the same kind of divas we've seen over the years. Obviously merchandise wise it wouldn't sell nowhere near as well as the Rey / Cara masks but I can see them doing some good business on it. Unless I'm totally missing someone I can't remember any female in the WWE doing this so I'm quite surprised they haven't done it yet although if I remember rightly I believe Sexy Star I think she was called had a tryout before but never got signed.

Moolah had a mask for a while in the 80's. Spider Lady or some horrible name along those lines.

I think a lucha diva would be fun but I was never a big fan of Rosita. Salina was way better in the ring, put a mask her her and she'd be good.
