Seems like it, I was just trying to find out the timeline but without having listened to it, I think Zarian just said it was no longer planned for Arthur Ashe without a reason, which makes sense bc he has venue contacts there, they wouldn't even know the reason, and that's probably who he heard it from.

Then the Fightful story mentions the NJPW financial reason, so I think that's what Rocky is disputing but I'm betting the show is being moved even if that's not the reason.
