@Tyrion I keep getting a thing where I will check my inbox or alerts and it just keeps loading until I refresh then check again, also with posts and PMs it just keeps loading but never posts but when I refresh it has posted. @Coon

Got it. Well, I was referring to antivirus, toolbars, or any other software's on your machine that correlate with your browser...any PC optimizers or anything? Is it only this webpage?

Antivrius of couse, no toolbars, random stuff like spotify, skype etc.

for testing purposes, can you disable the antivirus services (the actual windows service) and see what happens? be sure to close browsers first and then reopen.

Antivirus has nothing to do with it.

When it does the constant loading of your alerts it's just the javascript messing up, just refresh.
