Perhaps that's why they've given Vicky that weird title, and Vinny keeps popping in to change her plans. Slick Ric as the new RAW GM in the near future?

Yeah it is the most likely thing. Most of us on here said something along the lines of "This is all to set up Flair taking over" when she was selected for the job.
I still hope Flair is the GM, yes. It does seem like the reason why Vickie was given a different title.
