Figure so much of my strong dislike for Balor was how he was the worst NXT champion ever though.
Going from the Zayn/Neville arc to Owens to "aye know these guys Kenta and Devitt you like, now they're here!"

Balor has no mic skills, persona is only smiling, and his in ring is good at times and also bad.

His best asset, the demon, is now never used. Instead he comes out pale as ghost, bright ass red trunks, smiles like a lunatic, and wrestles okay. His promos suck because he always says the same shit and he’s way too uppity to be taken seriously.

Balor club is dumb, he’s dumb, and I can’t stand Finn.

Balor is a good wrestler and puts on a good in-ring performance, however he doesn't have much of a character. Finn's character is the demon, but he needs to choose; standard Balor or Demon Balor.
I don't think it would harm Finn being pulled from the main roster and placed in NXT so he can develop a character then be reinserted. Finn is getting some big opportunities that other superstars deserve more which are fully developed.

I like Finn, but I think some development to his in-ring persona is required.

No Finn simply smiles like a dweeb. He’s supposed to be a babyface who wins over the crowd and he thinks he can do that by smiling like an idiot. Plus, it seems like he’s the kind of guy who honestly just smiles a lot. Jokerish, to me, implies a complete lunatic on the other side. I see non of that in Finn. I see a cheesy pale guy.
