Well if the WWE can give Floyd Mayweather 20 Million for a Wrestlemania Appearance, i think the Rock really couldn't refuse a serious 20+ Million dollar offer for just one night of action, unless he truly hates Wrestling now. Because 20 Million in one night has GOT to be a substantial payday for him, no matter how many movies he has done.
