Joffrey from Game of Thrones. All the bad guys in the show are bad dudes but I really hate him.

There's also agent Stahl from Sons of Anarchy, goddamn I hated that bitch.

If he counts, then Stewie Griffin.

If we're going on actual, true, serious villains, though, as of this moment it's Viserys Targaryen from Game of Thrones.

I have to give a shout out to Arthur Mitchell from Dexter as well, though. He was FANTASTIC, way above the par of other villains on tv.
