Stairway to Heaven immediately comes to mind. No matter how many times I hear that song, it still somehow never gets old to me and just remains an amazing song.

I would say their signature song I'll Make Love to You which is also a fantastic song.

I think I may go with Ain't Goin' Down Til the Sun Comes Up as Garth's signature song. At the very least it's the first one I think of when I hear his name.
