I still don't value it as much as most people do, but I am surprised no one has mentioned HBK vs. Ric Flair.

Other than HBK idolizing Flair in his early years, I still did not see the "history" between them to make this historic. They made it seem like Flair was closer to HBK than HHH was.

I loved his early 90's feud with Rick Martel. Their match at SummerSlam 1992 will forever be one of my favourite matches ever because it delivered the lulz with the no face hitting stipulation Sherri ordered. I don't consider it one of the best matches ever by any means but it's the best memory I have of being an 8 year old, lol.

I pretty much idolised HBK from WM21 onwards. He was def my second face to Benoit, easily.

HBK/Angle was amazing! The Mania match was my first look at a 'wrestlemania moment'.
The HBK/HHH fued was epic! Amazing fued! They really did work beautifully with eachother.
Cant remember who mentioned it, but the HBK/Benjamin 05 RAW match was pretty damn nice too!
HBK/Taker was possibly my fave of his.

Despite not seeing all of his career before 2004 (when I started watching), I've seen his DVDs and admire his work in the ring, and outside. Specially his drastic change in personality from a partying kid to a religious man. There's not too much you can say about HBK that was terrible...

Personally, I am not a huge HBK fan. Don't mistake that for not admiring Shawn Michaels' carrer as a whole because everything he did in the ring was second to none. He feuded with the whos who of professional wrestling (HHH,Austin,Bret,Taker etc.)

It's so hard to pick a greatest moment or match, he had so many. The match that I hold in the higest regard is the Casket Match @ The 1998 Royal Rumble. I feel that this match is almost overlooked by the Wrestlemania and HIAC matches between the two. This match is definetely one of my top 10 matches all time. Many people say that Bret/HBK was his best feud. I would say it was the most personal, but the short feud between The Undertaker/HBK was fucking brutal.

I would have to say that the match with Trips @ SS 2002 may have been the biggest of his carrer though. Many people though that he was done, had nothing left. In that match he proved that he still had it. That was at the time that I was a huge Triple H mark and as that match progessed I remember thinking that HBK wasn't going to be the same HBK of the 90's.... He proved me wrong.

For me though, the biggest match he had in terms of industry impact was at Wrestlemania XIV. It was the changing of the guard so to speak when Austin beat HBK to become WWF champion. HBK was without a doubt the top guy in the company at the time. Austin who was still for the most part a mid card guy really proved his staying power in that match imo.

Soooo many moments. I know im forgetting a few but..

SS02, First match back agaisnt HHH, Well it wasnt an offical match, it was a "non sanctioned mmatch" but still..What an amzing match, for those of us who figured HBK would come back a totally different wrestler were proven wrong, he amazed us just like he used to.

Another great moment was when he won the WHC in the Elimination Chamber, I personally didnt see it coming at all and then when I saw him wearing some stupid ass black tights I was sold on him not winning the gold. But he did..I remember watching it like it was yesterday. What a great match with an even better ending.

All his matches with Angle were amazing. The whole feud was.

His match with Hogan exceeded my expecatations and I feel that was Hogans last good match of his career.

When he returned from a break in (I wanna say 07?) on Raw to confront Orton his return was a complete suprise and I remember marking like a bitch when his music hit. Great moment.

Bascially all of what was said prior is also apart of my list as well. He is by far one of the best ever. Period.

Where can I start. Shawn had a lot of amazing moments.

Him winning at WM 12 against the hitman.

Defeating Desiel aka Kevin Nash in a No Holds Barred. At the time I was like 8 years old and the way Nash was beating the shit out of him, made me feel that Nash has this match won. HBK really made a believer out of me when he won this match.

Another favorite of mine is when he Super Kicked the Rock right before he was going to drop the people’s elbow on Triple H. Shawn was the ref in the match. I believe it also was the very first Smackdown show. Anyways the kick came out of no where with high impact. Rocky was flat out cold. lol

HBK dressing up as the Undertaker coming down from the ceiling was really cool and unexpected.

Winning in the Elimination Chamber at Survivor Series.

Super kicking Jeff Hardy when Hardy was acting like a tough guy. During 2003 RAW Event

Another moment. Very recently which I consider sad but Powerful at the same time was his Farewell speech on RAW March 29. It was very emotional for me since I followed his career since 1996. To this day its hard to believe that he actually retired. I definitely felt a lump on my throat while he was giving his speech. However during his speech you
Could feel the crowd Big Time chanting proud of him and sadly realizing that his amazing career has come to an end. Shawn put out an awesome speech and really spoke from his heart. It was sad but also powerful how he connected with the fans and made many of us realize even more “Maan What A Legacy He Hasâ€￾.

I can go on and on but these are the main ones that came to my head.

Shawn Michaels. I’m really going to miss your live performances, promos, and the entrance lol.

You are in my Opinion the Greatest Wrestler that I’ve ever seen as well as my Favorite wrestler of All Time!!

HBK Forever.

LOL yeah I remember that especially when they carried Sherri out of the stadium when she fainted after the match.
