You gotta have your heels that people actually hate in the title scene. Alexa just got cheered most of the time.

I say for an obvious answer, her two singles matches against Sasha Banks in NXT. From Brooklyn II and Respect, they really elevated both women, were great technically and in storytelling and is kind of the reason why a lot of us have been frustrated with her and Banks on the main roster. We know they do have potential. Although to find an answer on the main roster, her winning at Wrestlemania, while it could have been better if she beat Charlotte one on one for the first time there to win the title it was an alright moment.

The wasted potential there really hurt Bayley. Beating an unstoppable Charlotte would be a much more memorable moment, a better story altogether, and probably help keep her afloat in the months after that. She'd be a bigger deal if she got the win there, I'd like to think.

I always loved Bayley, ever since I've seen her in NXT. I thought she could have been the "woman cena" with the merchandises and everything, she had the total package. She had so much potential and was a great wrestler too. Then, the main roster happened. She had a good showing for a short period but they totally ruined her and every hope I had in her. I'd like to think that she can still recover.

WWE wanted to put the title on her while she was hot. Women in WWE that aren't named Charlotte don't seem to be relevant for very long on the main roster.

Classic case of WWE short termism never thinking about long term storylines. Bayley was hot going into Mania 33? I remember Bayley dying on the main roster only after a few months.

Sasha also cheated for Bayley at Fastlane 2017. Many months later we have still not had a payoff. I remember thinking that storyline had potential.
