The Die Hard series, probably. I especially love the original and Die Hard With A Vengeance.
The Godfather Trilogy is awesome, too. A lot of people hate the third Godfather, but it wasn't as disappointing as people say it was. I thought the ending was certainly a good conclusion to the trilogy.

3)Harry Potter Series.
Being a movie nerd, i found it terribly hard to name just 3 movie series, but after years of conclusion i wrote it none the less.
