What happens to the picks if someone misses the 24 hr deadline? Are they just skipped until the end and that person can make it after we're all done?

The next person will be up to draft. The erson who didn't pick in time can still pick whenever.

It's happened before. Not a big issue.

Yes, you'll make two picks

When someone misses their window, the Commissioner will typically allow the next player to go. The skipped person can make their selection at any time after that.

Since there was minimal notice that the draft was starting right away In this instance I'm going to be a bit lenient and will give him until when I get home from work Saturday afternoon. But 24 hours is typically the limit.

Yes this is a snake draft. Last pick in Round 1 goes first in Round 2.

As long as you have them more than just a couple of people snake is always the best way to go.
