Josh Alexander is Offically All Elite, as he is listed on the roster page on their website. Therefore he is eligible for the AEW spot (@Spitfire)
Aleister Black is officially listed on the Smackdown roster, so he is eligible there (@O-Blaze)

NEWS:
Axiom (@O-Blaze) has been moved to Smackdown from NXT.
Nathan Frazer (@Kairi HoHo) has been moved to Smackdown from NXT. Both of you will have to adjust your lineups accordingly before May 12. Typically it's 1 week after the move is official but given I hadn't announced it until now you guys got an extra week.

BAD NEWS:
Rey Mysterio (@Spitfire) has confirmed he had surgery and is out for the foreseeable future, therefore he is now IR Eligible.
