Hello!

…Shit I didn’t update this thread to tell people on here that I’m temporarily running the league for reasons. Well now I have so.

Anyway with the season 1 wrapping up with the Back In Town results, thought I might as well start up on season 2. And like all sequels, I have went bigger and better. What I mean by that is that season 2 is canonically 10cm taller than season 1.

New Additions:​

I didn't want to change too much from the first season because in retrospect, it works really well, Tig did a great job of it and that is evidenced by the fact that there is a measley 16 points separating 2nd and 7th place. But I'm a asshole so I'm still gonna make some changes to try and make it better.

First thing we’re doing is getting rid of the main event bonus and replacing it with the segment bonuses. Main Event Bonuses weren't really used that often last season because at times it felt like every card had a title match main eventing so obviously championship bonus overrided it. The main event picture is also an very select amount of people obviously so it would have also been certain people getting that extra point when they didn’t do anything other than their match being selected to be the main event, doesn’t make much sense. This way it’s a conscience decision and now someone like Trixie Bellatrix even though she hasn’t been in the main events, she’s still producing a lot of segments so she still makes a overall effort to the team. But I want to emphasis that this isn’t gonna be a situation where I give every single Nephew a point just for standing in the background of a MvH interview, they have to have a IMPORTANT role in the segment. In my head currently, I’m thinking you have to have atleast a minimum of two lines in the segment but it’s also going to be on a case by basis.

Free Agency! That was a mess last season ngl. Mods hate me so like on 3 occasions they posted the match card like 15 minutes after the show was posted. Which isn’t great when that’s supposed to be the free agency period so now you have the small window of 24 hours after the show card is posted. This provides a even playing field, everyone knows the same information about possible results including the mods plus hardly anyone actually posts their promo during that time. So it’s nice.

Now onto the game week schedule. There’s 4 shows until KOTDM so not really much, that’s why im extending the game week from last cycle just a little bit. You always gotta go bigger for the sequel anyway. So here it is.
