^should know that i downloaded the banner and it looks really cool..but some wrong info about your bro!!! damn! :(

anyway, the scanlines, make a new document 3x3 size. then zoom 1600x then use the pencil not the brush and make a diagonal line (by simply making 3 dots on it) then save it and then you can use it to fill the banner with it!
