WWE News: Fans reportedly walked out of their seats after Roman Reigns entered at #30

"According to WrestlingNewsSource, many of the fans in attendance at the Alamodome walked out of their seats after Roman Reigns was revealed to be the 30th entrant in the Royal Rumble match."

I thought everyone would find this amusing. Not surprising at all if you ask me. WWE fucking blew it. I also watched some YouTube video where fans flipped the fuck out once Roman came out at 30. Like literally broke shit and walked out of the bar they were at. Lol.

Does Vince like owe this Samoan family something or what??? Seriously wtf gives with this bs????

I honestly don't blame people for getting that annoyed. I mean for like the last 3 years we've had Roman spoil the rumble lol

I think at this point, Roman Reigns has reached X-Pac heat. Even if he does something good (which him vs KO at the Rumble was a good match) people are just going to hate him and I get if someone is polarizing and there are people who pay to see them cheer them or get their asses kicked is fine...but a sizable portion of the audience don't want to see him period. It is one thing if it is just a mid-carder who is unpopular, but it is "The Guy."

I mean, let's be honest, if #30 was Samoa Joe or something and he was the one to eliminate Undertaker and make it to final two, the Rumble would probably have a lot less 4's and 5's in the ratings poll and the lowest score probably would have been a 6. The Royal Rumble this year for the main card was a solid show. Good Universal title match, a CW title match which was one of the better ones on the main roster, good opener, good WWE title match, and even with the backloaded entrants, the Rumble was still entertaining. But that shows how much heat this guy has with the audience.

There are people who don't want to see him in the way he has been presented in the product and if people really did start to leave once he entered, and if what we have heard was true about house shows with a Roman Reigns main event the crowd would leave beforehand, that proves that something needs to change with him. Because even some of the hardcore-ish fans are leaving along with some lifelong fans. That is a problem. By no means will all our problems be solved by one change, but it can be a start.

WWE doesn't really care, they already got their money when they bought the ticket to go there in the first place. Kevin Nash worded it perfectly once...

"It's always the smarks who say that was the worst fucking PPV I've ever seen and I will not buy another one until next month."

If people wanna protest Roman Reigns, stop buying the tickets, stop buying the network. Stop supporting their product until they make a change. Don't complain about it and keep watching.

And the smarks are the ones that are so invested in Roman Reigns. WWE cares about reactions. Always has. Doesn't matter if it's the right kind of reaction. People paid to watch Cena lose the same way they're paying to watch Roman lose...
