From what little I've seen of the Johnny Curtis gimmick, I'll easily take Fandango over him. (Flame away.)

I'm not a big fan of Fandango or anything, but I don't mind him. I sometimes like silly and not-too-serious gimmicks like these. I find the Fandango character humorous without being too corny. It's kind of stale now but I liked him when he became annoyed when people pronounced his name wrong, or the time when he was near unconsciousness (in one of his earliest segments) after receiving a beat down and he used the last bit of energy he had to say his name into the microphone before collapsing completely... or the time he tagged with Wade Barrett and became so disinterested with the match that he decided to start dancing with Summer Rae on the outside of the ring instead (much to the annoyance of Barrett.) Little tidbits like that make me laugh, they just need to find ways to incorporate them into his segments more. Plus, he's not bad in the ring.

I dont recall him talking as much as he used to and his promos were ok. His matches on the other hand are on Del Rio level for me (and that's a bad thing), meaning he has ability, but he doesn't really know how to piece together a good match.

He's OK. He can work a nice match (liked his match vs Big E recently), and sometimes he can be funny. Solid midcarder. The Johnny Curtis gimmick was pretty funny when he was a weirdo in NXT Redemption and all, if they really get sick of Fandango they could give that a shot, who knows? Might work. But Summer shouldn't be a dancer. Those familiar with her NXT work know she's a great heel and much better than this.

Nah, never hated on him too much. Not really a big fan but I like seeing his stuff. With that gimmick, I don't think I could ever seen him anywhere above the mid-card so it doesn't really bother me.

I didn't understand the appeal of his gimmick when he first came. Personally, I find him stale when he tries to cut promos and now having him go over Jericho seems pointless. They've put in very minimal effort to put him over for any of the midcard titles when I thought they would take advantage of his popularity once his entrance was such a big deal. I liked his match recently with Dolph but outside of that I haven't enjoyed much of his work in the ring. Perhaps it's due to the gimmick but I don't see things changing for Fandango anytime soon.

I don't mind him or his matches, but his gimmick has definitely grown insanely stale. But that's to be expected with all wrestlers given a gimmick as one-dimensional as that.

I seriously fear for guys getting one-dimensional gimmicks in NXT like Aiden English, it won't last long.
