yeah, most are joint/quad apartments where you'll end up sharing a kitchen with like 3 other dudes and shit, hf with that.

^^^Yup. And if you drive anywhere in Frisco, good luck with parking. Parking can run ya 15-20 bucks a day EASY and you have to be a competent drive to say the least. Trolleys full of people have shouted at people "move stupid" in unison. Parallel parking is a mandatory skill and if you are a novice at stick, don't even bother. And a flat in Frisco costs as much as a 5 bedroom in the Valley. Then if you leave town, you better have 6 bucks on you at all time coming back, that toll is annoying. Frisco is an amazing city to vistin, but it just isn't a place where I'd personally hang my hat. Monterrey and Santa Clara both are very, very lovely. The Bay Area in general is lovely, just Frisco has an outrageous cost of living and Oakland is a smurf haven. Eventually I'd like to move to Novato or one of the smaller towns past South Frisco.


San Diego is nice, LA is fucking terrible. I'm not talking the O.C, I'm talking the High Dessert and LA county. That place is like Andy Warhol's take on a flea market sharing a blender with a garbage dump.
