I'd personally take the one in Washington. Too many gays in San Fran for my liking. I've been there a couple times and don't care to go back. Now if it was in Southern California, that'd be a different story. I'd definitely tell you to take the Sony one if that were the case. But alas, it isn't.

edit- Do you mind rain and cloudy days? Washington is full of that, so if you don't like that, you might want the other. It all depends on which you like less: clouds and rain, or homos and hobos.

^^^ central valley is hands down the worst part of california. Modesto and stockton are 2 of the 5 most depressing places to live in the country according to Time. At least I'm close to the bay area although frisco would be a shit place to live if you like having a yard and privacy.
