Due to insufficient evidence, the investigation into transgender fighter Fallon Fox has closed. Fox was said to have committed fraud by not disclosing she was born a man to the fight commission.
The final ruling came from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Fox underwent sexual reassignment surgery in 2006. She is now cleared to fight Allanna Jones in the semifinals of CFA's tournament to crown an inaugural women's champion.
Jones took a decision and Fox required less than a minute to advance.
CFA 11 is May 24 at the BankUnited Center in Coral Gables, FL. The promotion is attempting to land a spot on AXS TV.
