Elias is meant for big crowds...in XT he was just Elias Sampson and doing nnothing, when he got in the middle of arenas on Raw he was in his element.

No NXT for Elias.

Elias is set to return to WWE soon.

As noted earlier this month, Ezekiel was removed from the internal WWE roster and replaced with his original persona, the “older brother” Elias.

In an update, a new report from the Wrestling Observer confirms that there are plans for Elias to return. There’s no word yet on when he will be brought back to the storylines, but it won’t be until his beard is fully grown out, according to the update.

The return of Elias is another move planned by WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H. It was recently reported that Triple H has some debuts/returns planned for the near future, said to be surprises that no one is talking about.​

Hopefully that beard takes a long time to grow back
