Hey everyone. I know Judgment Day is barely upon us, but my mind can't help but wander forward to the next PPV, Extreme Rules. I have a date that night with someone who's never been ringside, and I'd like to tell him what kind of things he can probably expect when we go. So where do you think the storylines are going to lead, coming out of JD and going into ER?

Also, I'm formally introducing myself in this thread. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have a place to discuss wrestling without being mobbed by marks and fangirls. Just the other day I saw someone post a video of Randy Orton on Facebook and label it with "My husband." I wanted to throw up.

On the Raw side of things I'm expecting Orton and HHH to possibly end their feud once and for all in a Hell in a Cell match, Cena and TBS to have a proper match after a squash at JD and possibly a brawling match like First Blood. On SD, I see Edge and Hardy continuing their feud with a Ladder or TLC match and Mysterio and Jericho to continue their feud with a Falls Count Anywhere match. On ECW, I see Christian or Swagger defending against Tommy Dreamer in an Extreme Rules match. Expect a lot of feuds to end here.

Fantastic. You know, they say you should never do something so exciting on a first date that it'll be hard to top on the second. Looks like I have my work cut out for me thinking of that second one. If it heads where you think, I imagine it'll be something of an explosive show. I'd like to see HHH come back and feud with Batista for screwing up his match with Orton and let the next in line step up to take their shot at the title. With Randy squashing them of course. Thanks.

Oh he does, he finds it funny and entertaining. After I asked him out he watched a couple of RAWs to see what all was going on with it. I think he is as excited as I am, but not in that ommggg!!oneone111weee! kind of way. I hate that. Lol

I'd say we'll probably have Punk vs Edge on the SD side of things. I mean, Punk has been feuding with him on the side for weeks now, and I expect himt o cash in either at Judgment Day, or Extreme Rules. Either way, I see them feuding then. Probably a Hardcore match... Especially with Punk's "extreme" background.
On Raw, I see one of two things. Either Triple H/Orton HIAC, or something liek a triple threat No DQ between Batista, Orton, and Triple H. Just depends how fast they want to do a Batista heel turn. If they do it soon, it's likely we get the triple threat. If they wait for a while, we'll probably get HIAC between Triple H and Orton.
I'll probably add more later, when I think of the lower card stuff, but that's what I'm thinking for the main event feuds.

I say Kennedy Returns at Extreme rules and for a few weeks will just talk on the mic. His first victim will be Kendrick or Horny.

All valid ideas. I don't like my favorites mixing it up with Batista though. Awhile back someone on here asked if you had one pink slip, who would you give it to and why? I'd choose Batista because frankly I find him too dangerous and somewhat of an ass.

^I've yet to see him, legitimately injure someone, though...

Word. The Randy shit was unfortunate, and Cena injured himself, it wasn't with the powerbomb like the dumbass promos suggested. You could see him grab his neck earlier in the match.

Seriously? I think you guys should watch the match of Randy and Batista again. Batista performed that move incorrectly and threw Randy into the ringpost.

^Orton hurt it at WrestleMania against Taker... it was confirmed after he dove into the ringpost that it was severe. There's no way in hell Batista was TOO strong and did the shit on purpose... the two of them are best friends. There would be a real tension between them if it happened on some shit like Batista being too rough. Randy HAD to dive into the post, and then the shit on the outside, was soft. And Randy should be credited for finishing the match. They could have ended it at any time, but they didn't. You watched the promo and took Randy too seriously... that promo was in character to sell the beef between the two on camera.

I might be wrong, but I think Orton injured his shoulder during his attempt of the Tombstone, to which Taker quickly countered and connected, ending the match.

Yeah, you're half right. It was messed up during that match, but Batista fought him in his next match after the one with Taker and took advantage of the shoulder (not storyline wise) and threw him into the ringpost which caused the actual dislocation.
