Rusev has been ruined ever since losing to Cena at last year's WrestleMania. He was in a awful love angle for most of the summer, he was beat by Ryback and decimated by Brock Lesnar on the same night, and he's been stuck in the League of Nations, and he hasn't really done much to get back on track since.
