Update: There was a fire at JFK Library earlier, but there's just been a police press conference and they've confirmed a 3rd explosion. Not sure if it's just a conflict in reports but sounds like it could now be a 3rd explosion.

EDIT: That's what the police chief says. The library says it's accidental.
