EVOLVE 18 Results: Also includes spoiler on which Ex-WWE Superstar is heading there!

The biggest news of the show is that John Morrison and the Young Bucks will be with Evolve/DGUSA in 2013. Otherwise, there were two fantastic matches on the card. The main event was mind blowing.

Qualifiers:
1. A.R. Fox defeated Bobby Fish in a qualifier for the four-way match.

2. Masada over Papadon in a qualifier for the four-way match.

3. Rich Swann defeated Jigsaw in a qualifier for the four-way match.

4. Jon Davis beat Chuck Taylor in a qualifier for the four-way match.

The announcement was made that the Young Bucks and John Morrison are EVOLVE/DGUSA bound in 2013. Morrison offered an open challenge to any Japanese talent (it will likely be either Akira Tozawa or BxB Hulk).

5. El Generico and Samuray del Sol defeated The Super Smash Bros.

6. Rich Swann won the Four-Way Freestyle over A.R. Fox, Masada, and Jon Davis.

7. Johnny Gargano defeated Sami Callihan to retain the Open The Freedom Gate Championship.

Looks like an awesome show. John Morrison in EVOLVE this is going to be a good year for them in 2013.

Morrison is AWFUL... Still a big name for Evolve to pick up for the time being though.

I believe Morrison is only going to be on 1 of the 3 DGUSA shows they're holding in LA in January. I don't think he's going to be going to EVOLVE either. The Young Bucks going back to DGUSA/EVOLVE is good news. And from Gabe's Book It Cam, they seem to be setting up Sami Callihan to become the EVOLVE champion. Either that, or he's going to WWE.

Morrison will fit in with a couple of the spot monkeys they got. I don't see him sticking around very long though.

I hope Callahan becomes their first Champion.

Morrison? I can't say I care. I always liked Morrison and he will sure put on some could matches. For example...he worked a good match against Callihan earlier this year. But I don't think Morrison will do them any good.
