Page arrived in WWE NXT by making his debut on the May 28 episode of the show. While appearing on Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson’s Talk’n Shop podcast, Page was asked how it felt to debut for WWE. Page described the company as a machine, saying it’s much different than the “chaotic and unorganized” environment he felt existed in AEW.

“Pretty crazy. I went from somewhere that was so chaotic and unorganized to a place that — I mean I’m still learning because I’m still so new here, but, it’s just like, this is a machine and it’s incredible,” Page said. “It feels good to not feel like I have to do everything myself or like — to have people that want to see me succeed is kind of mind-blowing."
“It was definitely time to leave,” Page said. “My thought was — I could sit in catering for the next three years and my career would end, or I try and do something before my career ends [laughs]. And here we are.”

Happy he is getting some focus now. All due respect we will see how much wwe actually cares about him in a year or two. Aew used him a lot early too. I'm not sure he will break out of nxt though.

Also kind of confirms he needs guidance because his own ideas for creative might be shite lol

The chaotic and unorganized thing isn’t a new revelation anyway. Didn’t Mox even elude to that recently or was that a fever dream?

Unsure about the mox thing but ya its not as structured or machine like, n if u can't get urself over n are not a top guy ur prob gonna end up sinking.

That being said, aew allowed him quite the freedom with his outside ventures so it wasn't all bad. His first contract was pretty good runs. 2nd one is when things fell off, ironically after he moved stateside

That’s not exactly what I got out that
Well he basically said he needs n wants the guidance n structure. U gotta pitch stuff in aew a lot more. N I'm referring to his own creative being shit cuz this is the guy who thought fighting himself as karate man was a good idea

Maybe it’s just cuz I’ve met him a few times and heard nothing but good things from my buddy about him but I don’t even see this as him really trashing AEW much at all. Just a few gripes and most people have when they move on. I agree he’s not ever gonna be a main roster top guy but a good hand for a whole isn’t a bad gig
