It felt like Cena went off script to me. Like the promo was supposed to be shorter but he just dragged it out. Either by getting caught up in crowd pandering or I dunno what.

Did feel like he went off script. Must admit I chuckled a bit when he mentioned BO2, mostly because I make fun of my friends who play it and all, but that was it. Also found amusing that the top face bullied a nerd in the ME spot of their flagship show. That was sort of mean. :dawg:

He must have gone off-script, not even WWE would book Cena after Rock/Punk just for him to cut that fucking lame promo.

I think that on script or off script, Rock/Punk should've gone last. Even if he followed the script what would he say, I'll win the Royal Rumble? That's crap.

Can't you see Vince popping his alzheimer's pills and sitting back in his chair, thinking this promo's a great idea?

"Hey, go out there and connect with the kids! Really act like a modern-day cool guy, talk about video games and embarassing gamer tags, long parties as a typical American and even throw out relevant sports topics like Brett Favre's penis!"

I've had some more time to think about and have come up with something. Perhaps after watching Hell No's grad ceremony, and seeing them interact with the audience with the hugging segment, maybe Cena thought he could do the same during His promo? Unfortunately for him, he's not as over as DB :pity:

I haven't seen the promo however I tried looking for it but I'm unable to find it. Judging by your comments, it just seems like a typical John Cena promo.

For God's sake Rain, don't forget mock a nerdy looking character for waking up every Sunday morning covered in his own semen!
