The Wrestling Observer is now reporting that Eric Bischoff has renewed his deal with company as well. Both him and Hogan's contracts with TNA were set to expire on 10/10.

Figured with Hogan renewing Eric was to follow. Think he's a good asset for them behind the scenes, but like Hogan should be used on TV sparingly.

Good, I like when Eric Bishoff humiliates under-deserving midcards off and on TV. Good job, TNA.

Not too stoked about this but if he's off television for the most part then I'll be fine with it. I agree that he can be beneficial in the background, but that's it. His time as an on-air character is past.

Surprised him and Hogan didn't just sign a new deal at the exact same time. I still don't think they have used him that good as a on air character and not quite sure if he is what they need behind the scenes.
